Facilities and compliance software for care homes, nursing homes and specialist residential care settings.
CareBeacon puts routine facilities checks, room checks, repairs and safety tasks onto your team's phones or tablets. Staff scan the room, asset or location, complete the check, add photo evidence where needed, and a clear evidence trail builds automatically as the work is done. Managers can see what is complete, overdue or waiting for sign-off from anywhere.
Subject to site size, access, QR setup and sensor requirements.
CareBeacon gives every check a live status. Green means completed and evidenced, amber means due soon, and red means overdue or needing attention.
Sensor monitoring available as an optional add-on.
From daily room checks to fire safety, water, assets and the evidence trail, grouped so nothing slips.
Staff use the mobile app to complete checks, report issues and upload evidence from the floor. Managers use the dashboard to see what is open, overdue, completed or waiting for sign-off. Routine checks, repairs, room inspections, fire doors, call bells, hoists, fridge temperatures and maintenance tasks all sit in one place.
Not features. Outcomes: calmer inspections, problems caught early, and hours handed back to the people running the floor.
Every fault has an owner, a status, timestamps and evidence where needed, and stays open until a manager closes it.
Evidence is captured as checks are completed, so managers have a clearer record ready for internal audits, provider reviews and CQC conversations.
Less paper, less chasing and less manual write-up. Schedules generate the checks and highlight what has been missed.
A failed fire door, missed flush, blocked exit or out-of-range fridge reading becomes visible quickly and can be assigned as a task before it becomes a bigger issue.
It should feel less like another system and more like the operating layer for the home.
CareBeacon is not a care-planning system. It is the operational layer for the building: checks, repairs, facilities tasks, evidence, assets and manager sign-off. It can be configured so staff avoid photographing residents or sensitive personal information unless your policy requires it.
Setup, QR tagging and onboarding quoted upfront. Typical setup is £350 to £500 per day depending on home size and scope.
Optional sensor monitoring, including fridge temperature, room temperature, humidity or water monitoring, is quoted separately depending on hardware, number of sensors and monitoring requirements.
3D scans and digital walkthroughs are optional and quoted separately where required.
Custom reporting and larger multi-site rollouts are quoted to scope.
